gmpintus Posted January 9, 2023 Posted January 9, 2023 Hi, My site lost access to SSL. Please help me to establish it again. I used to have it on Cloudfire, but I saw on Plesk the free use of SSL. Quote Ahoy! You're seeing this page because you've reached a website on our service that's not configured to accept secure connections (HTTPS). If you're a visitor, try visiting this site again, removing the "https" in front of the website domain. Please note that your connection to this user's website will not be secure. If you're the webmaster of this site, you just need to wait for AutoSSL to configure SSL for you. If SSL is not configured within 24 hours, check your SSL settings in the control panel. If you need assistance, please visit our support forums or Wiki. Thanks for choosing HelioHost!
Unknown025 Posted January 9, 2023 Posted January 9, 2023 I'll escalate your issue to the administrators. Is this for http://professorparticular.info/, or another domain?
gmpintus Posted January 9, 2023 Author Posted January 9, 2023 yes, it's https://professorparticular.info/. Thank you very much
wolstech Posted January 9, 2023 Posted January 9, 2023 If you're seeing that, that means your domain is pointing to the old cPanel Tommy, not the new Plesk Tommy. The new Plesk Tommy doesn't even have that page anymore. You need to update your DNS records to point to the right server since you're using CF. The IPs for your domain can be found in Plesk, click on the domain in your website list and the IPs appear at the bottom below all of the website options.
