Kairion Posted December 19, 2022 Posted December 19, 2022 Sorry to bother, but is it possible to keep Tommy and VPS on the same account (fasouza & same email)? When I tried using it on VPS subscription page it wasn't possible. If it isn't, could the VPS account be changed to "kairion" (I also tried it but even that wasn't possible either)?
Krydos Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 Usernames have to be unique between our shared hosting and our VPS because they use the same login system. Also the primary email on your VPS has to match your PayPal account in order to match up the payments to the VPS, but we can also set a contact email address if you want your VPS communications to go to both email addresses. The reason you couldn't choose kairion as your VPS username is because there is already a forum account with that username. I can override that reserved username though. There were a few bugs with our VPS creation script last night so it took 3 tries to build your VPS, and then when it was finally done I forgot about Hestia. I'm changing your VPS username to kairion now and installing Hestia. 1
