Hi,

Thanks!
Wordpress is awful no just with regard to Plesk, as you mentioned, but
even without any connection to host sites.

Alright, your empty new account has been deleted and your old account has been moved from cPanel to Plesk. I changed the email address of your account to the core.com one too. Let us know if you have any trouble logging in, or need help with anything else.

Hi,
Everything is working! I am grateful for your continued assistance. To show
appreciation I have donated to Helio; please see other email with
forwarded PayPal receipt.
I also figured out what my user name is, it is garytong, not gtong, etc.
Thanks!
Gary

Hello,

I would like to send out links to files in my heliohost server. But
when I try, e.g., https://www.garystong.net/Piano/Gavotte.mp3,? I get
"Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead". Seems like I don't have the
correct site address. Do I leave out something?
I hope you can help with this issue.
Thanks for your attention!

First of all, sorry for the delay on this email. Google flagged your email as spam for some reason so I have to check the spam folder from time to time to see if anything is in there, and it can take a few days sometimes to get the real emails out of there.

The reason why you're seeing that error is because your SSL certificate covers garystong.net but not www.garystong.net. If something like this happens again in the future you can fix it yourself by going to

Login > Continue to Plesk > Websites & Domains > garystong.net > SSL/TLS Certificates > Reissue

I went ahead and did this for you, and the certificate should auto-renew itself every 60 days from here on out. Now you can test both https://garystong.net/ and https://www.garystong.net/ and they should both show a lock in the URL bar without any potential security risk errors.

Let us know if you need help with anything else or if you have any questions.
