Hello,

I opened Plesk to check my e-mail, and my e-mail address is listed as ?the mail service is switched off?.

I didn?t change it myself, so have no idea how to get it back on. In my efforts to do so, I?ve somehow managed to switch the heliohost mail addess off as well (I never use that mailbox).

Any specific directions you can provide would be very much appreciated. I?m not very ?techy?, so please include details, or ask if you need more information from me.

Thank you,
Richard Rupert, www.greenvalleyrecording.com

It looks like you can't enable mail service on your own. That might be useful in the future for people who send too many emails. Instead of suspending their whole account we could just disable their ability to send emails. I enabled mail service on both of you domains, and also reissued your SSL certificates to cover www and webmail. Let us know if you need help with anything else.

Thank you Krydos. Yes, I never send from that account, only use it to forward to my Windows Mail client on my laptop. I do like your solution, as it wouldn't disable that function. Although, it's disconcerting that I got that strike from someone using my Helios account to send spam. I wish I knew how to stop that.

Again, thanks for your excellent tech support!!
