Since I don't have access to the cp and the automatic renewal doesn't work,

I don't know what to do because the SSL needs to be updated.
I sent the information by email to support@heliohost.org, but it seems that it didn't get anywhere.
It seems that you can't send a PM, you can't make a new post, etc

Please help me install the SSL certificate, as I still don't have the ability to do it myself. I also don't have any information on whether it will become automatic again as it was before.

Yes, after you get moved to Plesk it will be automatic again.
