MoneyBroz Posted June 16, 2022 Posted June 16, 2022 it's weird because plesk shouldn't be redirecting to the cpanel suspension page, i think you may have been suspended before you were transfered.

I understand that you've had this domain for over 3 years, but since it's a heliohost.org domain we have to be really careful about phishing, fraud, malicious, etc domains otherwise our whole main website www.heliohost.org could get flagged as well. It happened a few years and it was a huge mess to clean up and it cost us quite a bit of money too. That's the reason we bought the heliohost.us domain to keep our main website separate from the user sites. What would you like your domain to be changed to? Once your main domain is changed we can unsuspend your account. 1
