Upon contacting PayPal they says, Due to RBI guidelines, they are unable to process/accept recurring payments. Can you please help me get this resolved? and get me the Mercury VPS purchased for $4/month. However you have to do 6 months in advance due to the extra work it takes for our staff to manually verify one time payments. The good news is if you signup for 6 months you also get a 10% discount.
