But the problem is I still can't log into cPanel. However, as i recall we have switched over to Plesk. Where is that? At any rate would anyone know where and how I can get back to my hosting site? Thanks!

In the meantime, you can manage your account via FTP: https://wiki.helionet.org/management/uploading-files#ftp-sftp We are moving everyone over to Plesk as a replacement for cPanel, but we're still building the new server, so migration has not yet started. You can use this page to set up a new password https://www.heliohost.org/password/ Please be aware that the page will only securely submit the password to us, so the new password won't work until I manually assign it to your account. Your plaintext password will never be visible to me or anyone else. Once you have submitted the new password let us know and we can update your account. Since cPanel doesn't work anymore you can't change your password yourself directly so I created this page as a work around.

It was a mixup with password, as you said. My record of password was wrong by one capital letter, but I am not sure if that came from a former password change... It's all OK, now (I also saw somwhere that I am 1076th on line for Pesk, so I better make a contribution...) Thanks for your help!
