Hi,

My site still unavailable since start of conversion to Plesk.

Can you tell me how to get it going?

Would it be useful to make a donation to enable it?

You're currently #1767 in line to be moved. This is based on a total donation of $0. If you've made a donation in the last year please let us know the transaction ID so it can be linked to your account which will improve your position and result in your account being moved sooner.

Just for clarification.... You're actually moving old accounts to server with working Plesk control panel and size of donation determines ones place in line?

Or is this refering to a VPS  request / move with donation?

Yes. cPanel accounts will eventually be moved to Plesk. You're #1003 in line at the moment. I won't post the estimated times for free users since they aren't really accurate at this point (I know there's one where the tool we have says he'll move in late 2028 (!!!)). Donating will move you up in line with more money moving you sooner, currently $335 will put you next in line. Free users go last behind all donors and VPS customers.

I won't post a link to the page yet because it's not quite done, but soon you'll be able to check this yourself.

All time I believe. The fees paid for a VPS also count if you have/had one.

They do all need to be under the same account/email though in order for the system to recognize them as the same person. If they are not, you would need to send us the transaction IDs they were under so we can combine them.

I stand corrected...

For the transfer order we are only counting donations from 2020-07-14 (one year before our licenses were revoked). It would be too much of a pain to try to figure out all the donations we've gotten since 2005 so the line had to be drawn somewhere. Bedsides, someone who donated $1 sixteen years ago probably isn't still around.

Are you currently transferring accounts daily or as time allows?

Also, do you have an estimated number of transfers per day / month that you could share?
