MatthewB Posted October 8, 2009 Share Posted October 8, 2009 I signed up for heliohost 2 days ago, and I have not received an email and I think I should have. I know that the website said that i would be able to log into cpanel within 24 hours and its been 48 and I cant. and if i try to make a new account with the same user and domain it says that its already taken. I don't think it is a typing error because I did check it before submitting. what do I do now? is there any way to delete the account so I can re-sign up?
