Hi,

My account was suspended. But I don't know exactly why. Can you please tell me? Thanks.

We understand that no one ever reads our terms, but as a reminder, our Terms of Service state that each user is allowed to have only one account. The reason we have to enforce this rule is because our servers are already overloaded the way it is, and it wouldn't be fair to everyone that is turned away each day for you to have more than one when so many others have none.

 

One common reason people create more than one account is to get around our storage limit of 1000 MB. Did you know that we will give you another 1000 MB of storage for each $5 USD donation you make up to 5000 MB total? If you'd like to increase the storage of your account just make a donation and then let us know your transaction ID and username.

 

Another common reason people create more than one account is to host more than one website. Did you know that you can host as many websites on your one account as you want? Unlike a lot of free hosts we offer unlimited alias domains, unlimited addon domains, and unlimited subdomains. If you need any help adding another website to your account just let us know.

Did you know that an admin can move your account for you for as little as a $1 USD donation? This will save you the trouble of signing up again, and deleting your account, etc.

Not going to lie. But I have two accounts. But that just to host two sites in two different accounts. But anyways, I think I will move to a paid hosting. You guys are always best. I have donated while purchasing lily and sparkie. And I will continue doing that. Now it's farewell time. My both accounts are suspended. I just want to request single backup of each accounts. Please just do this for me and release my domains.

You do know you can do that on one account right? And since you said you donated, you do realize you can just get extra space on the one account and put both sites on it right? Also, I didn't see one in the system, but Lily accounts are excluded from the multiple accounts rule since they can't stand by themselves.

I did doante while gofundme crowdfunding was ongoing. also I did get extra space on my other account. But after tommy crashed, I lost that space. I didn't ask for that extra space again since I won't need that much space. other account username is mrj. also the "multiple site on same account" idea was slipped from my mind. and I am regretting that now.

Not going to lie. But I have two accounts.

What about the account pandaa?

 

I have unsuspended mrj, and atoz. Please pick one and back it up, and move it all to the other account. You can use an addon domain to keep the moved domain separate from the rest of your domains. Then delete one of the two accounts. Once that is done let us know and I'll get you hooked up with the extra storage space again.

It's not mine. It's my friend's. He is from India. I used code in his site. But I will delete this account too. And will setup it into my account since I am getting extra storage. Edited November 2, 2020 by atoz

I am picking the account mrj to continue hosting. I deleted the account atoz (https://www.heliohost.org/status/?u=atoz). But can't  delete the account pandaa. Please delete that from me. No backup needed for that account. Thanks. And sorry for the trouble  caused. I shouldn't have done that.

Let me know if there was another donation somewhere that I missed. Also with our current fundraiser we've raised the maximum storage space to 5000 MB so if you donate $15 more you can have max space.
