Request on running an ssh command

Hello. I would like to request that you run the following command: php artisan config:cache

 

my website is: www.damicotrust.com, username: tchesoen and server: tommy.

What is the command supposed to do? I don't even have to try to run it to know that it's just going to say that it can't find a file named "artisan".

Isn't artisan the CLI tool for laravel?

It is. That file will be in the folder where his app is installed, and will expect the cwd to be that folder as well in most cases.

You'll need to run that command on your development system and then upload the results to the server. If that doesn't work or you still need shell access you will have to get a vps https://www.heliohost.org/vps/ where you will have full root shell access. SSH isn't available on our free shared hosting accounts.
