seintitus Posted September 8, 2020 Posted September 8, 2020 Hello. I would like to request that you run the following command: php artisan config:cache my website is: www.damicotrust.com, username: tchesoen and server: tommy. RegardsTitus Quote
Krydos Posted September 8, 2020 Posted September 8, 2020 What is the command supposed to do? I don't even have to try to run it to know that it's just going to say that it can't find a file named "artisan". Quote
Sn1F3rt Posted September 9, 2020 Posted September 9, 2020 Isn't artisan the CLI tool for laravel? Quote
wolstech Posted September 9, 2020 Posted September 9, 2020 It is. That file will be in the folder where his app is installed, and will expect the cwd to be that folder as well in most cases. Quote
Krydos Posted September 10, 2020 Posted September 10, 2020 You'll need to run that command on your development system and then upload the results to the server. If that doesn't work or you still need shell access you will have to get a vps https://www.heliohost.org/vps/ where you will have full root shell access. SSH isn't available on our free shared hosting accounts. Quote
