skullys Posted September 5, 2020 Posted September 5, 2020 Wolstech unsuspended late last night but wasn't at my computer at the time to correct problem (need to change compromised email password).Just attempted to sign in this morning (9:15 est) and got the suspended page/notification again.Could someone again unsuspend my account, I will check back over the next hour or so to try and get the email problem resolved. While it's suspended I can change the password to something random just to lock the spammer out so it won't happen again. If you have scripts that can send mail for that mailbox, what folder are they in (I can put a deny from all in there for you so they won't run until you can fix them). You can then change the password a second time and fix any scripts you need to once unsuspended.

wolstech Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 Unsuspended again EDIT: I did notice the email logs in WHM for your account show tons of mail was "From" nonexistent mailboxes like patelhiren7722@thepiratestore.com and biglipsshell@thepiratestore.com. I'm guessing spoofed "From" fields.

(I could log when trying with vpn) Your IP has been blocked!The IP address 75.110.162.66 has been blocked for trying to log in to IMAP with the wrong password too many times. To prevent this from happening again in the future please make sure your email client username and password are correct. You won't be able to continue to cPanel until an admin unblocks you.
