Hi,

 

I created an account using a different email address and now need to change

it to another email address.

 

I have already changed my email ID in the contact information page of

cPanel, but it does not seem to be working.

 

I still cannot log in using the new email address and it still displays

the same email ID on the top right corner of the heliohost.org/login/ page.

 

Please help.

Checking your account shows that it seems to have updated already. The new email address is the one showing in the system for me.

 

Are you still unable to log in using it?

Hi, it seems to be working now, thank you so much for fixing this issue. :)

 

However, could you please remove my details (domain, username and both

email ids) from the post on Helionet?
