I did not login into my account for few months but my website was running

 

Now I cannot login into my account it says my account now no longer exist

it asks me to signup again but I did not delete my account myself

 

I want to recover my data of website

What is your main domain and username?

Domain Name was:mastertechelite.heliohost.org

 

Username was:Elite101 or Elite102

 

I first used Elite101 but later some issues error happened and  to fix issues admin deleted account and created Elite102 account

1. It failed...for the same reason you ended up with elite102 last time (internal issue with Ricky''s mysql). You'll need to pick a different username that's not elite101 or elite102. I've resent your invite.

1.Account with username Elite102 no error did happen ever

 

2.What happened with that? as I never faced any issue with Elite102 when I used that

Elite102 might be alright. The only way to know is to try it.

 

Ricky is our oldest and slowest server so sometimes when an account is archived remnants of it remain behind. If that happens you just need to pick a different username. I've never seen Johnny or Tommy have this old information stuck in the system like this. Also, no staff members deleted your account. You or someone with your password deleted it.

1.I created account with Elite102 username successfully thanks for support

 

2.But its a real mystery how the account was deleted as you said no one did and I did not login for long time

 

3.Unfortunately data cant be recovered its a sad thing I guess it would remain in archives

 

4.Since my username of heliohost is elite102  now if possible change helionet username also to elite102

If both will be same it will be good

Forum user renamed.

 

The account never archived because it was deleted before it archived itself. Since it wasn't archived, we have no data from it.
