Currently the server is on high load so not able to reset the password but I will do it after some time.

I tried resetting the password and received message that there is error while resetting the password so connect the team to reset the password manually.

I request you to please reset the password manually.

I am trying to reset the password using latest link : https://johnny.helio...setpass?start=1

And

Getting error message as: 'The system failed to reset your account’s password. Additional information may exist in the server error log. Contact your server administrator or hosting provider.'

 

Please help.

I tried resetting the password for couple of times and it received the same error message.

It will be great if you can manually reset it and mail it to me.

So...first off, you have two accounts and are violating the terms of service (users are only allowed one active account at a time). You need a password reset for vinayak1, but vinayak2 is being actively used (last logged in today).

 

If I fix vinayak1, the second account will end up suspended. Do you want me to fix vinayak1 or would you rather keep vinayak2? The one you choose not to keep will be suspended.
