If you do, please mention your username and the transaction ID of your donation, and an admin will move your account to Tommy. If you don't have an account, just send the transaction ID and you'll be sent an invite to Tommy.

Btw, you didn't quite reply to @sohamb's question. Do you have a previous account which needs moving to Tommy? or you want an invite to create a new one? either way an admin will verify the donation and do the needful [and assuming your transaction id is of Paypal's]
