I would like to begin checking out the hosting functions and programming a site but cannot without the required email to activate the account. Can you please look into the issue and activate the account or send me an email to activate it. Thank you for your time in dealing with this issue.
Flaze Posted November 25, 2019 Posted November 25, 2019 Are you using Outlook? Some people that use it reported that their emails are not arriving. You might want to check the spam folder or change your email provider.

wolstech Posted November 25, 2019 Posted November 25, 2019 Please sign up with an email address that is not Microsoft (Hotmail, Outlook, MSN, Live) or GMX (gmx.com/gmx.de). These two providers are currently unable to accept email from us.
Krydos Posted November 25, 2019 Posted November 25, 2019 I just sent a account creation email to my hotmail.com address and it arrived in the inbox within seconds. I wasn't able to test gmx because they shut down my account for inactivity (presumably) and when I tried to create a new account they instantly suspended it for suspicious behaviour. Gmx is so worthless.
wolstech Posted November 25, 2019 Posted November 25, 2019 Huh. I sent to my work email (which is Office 365-based) and it never arrived. Didn't even make it to the spam filter, which is unusual since HelioHost mail usually goes to spam at work. And yes, GMX is junk.
