HelioHost Posted November 13, 2019 Posted November 13, 2019 Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/A Hey Guys, this is the second night i tried to Register to HelioHost, yesterday i clicked on validate my Email at 00:00 UTC and has been told to wait for 23h and 59 minutes. So i left my pc on the whole day. I refreshed the site with the button on your page at exact 00:00 and was told ,,Based on your selections I recommend you start on the Tommy server, but it is currently full. You will need to wait 23 hours and 60 minutes for signups to reopen"What am I doing wrong ? This is really really frustrating. Regards Dennis
Guest pooks Posted November 13, 2019 Posted November 13, 2019 Tommy signups usually fill within seconds. You have to be very fast in order to get an account on Tommy. Either that, or If you already have an account: donate $1 to https://www.heliohost.org/donate/ and get your account moved. OR If you are trying to create a new account: https://www.heliohost.org/tommy/
Krydos Posted November 13, 2019 Posted November 13, 2019 Tommy filled in 2.911 seconds today, Ricky filled in 38.316 seconds, and Johnny is closed for new signups currently because he's slated for an upgrade in 2 days. Tommy filling that fast is pretty typical, but Ricky filling that fast too is due to Johnny being shutdown soon. Another thing to keep in mind is signups don't reset exactly at 00:00:00.000. Today signups reset at 3.641 seconds after midnight. I'm sometimes afraid people see the full message during those first couple seconds, and stop refreshing.

Just to be aware of what is awaiting me tomorrow. Sounds like a fast reaction game, i might consider donating one Dollar

wolstech Posted November 15, 2019 Posted November 15, 2019 Based on recent experience, GMX might be discarding our invites without delivering them (unsurprising since we've had many other issues with this specific mail provider in the past as well). I had to resend others in the past week or so as well, and both were cases of users with GMX addresses that didn't receive them...
