What is the purpose of sending your domain name, which isn't even hosted by us, 14 times? The domain that is actually hosted by us is mcsdev.heliohost.org which you didn't even say a single time. Are you trying to get blocked from our email system for spamming?

Man are you mad? How many times do you need to be explained that the domain you specified isn't hosted on HelioHost. It was your main domain which has cleaned and not signing in another server after downloading your backup.

 

And dare you spam the forums again, lest you wanna receive a permanent ban from all HelioHost services.

Dont no what that means I was trying to help son get website working again

am 78 years old dont no how these things work sorry if its been to much for

you to handle il go somewere else that can help its frustrating paying a

lot of money for a website that does not work realise you dont have the

know how to help me I WONT BOTHER YOU AGAIN

Sorry sir.. We didn't want to hurt you. We are always willing to help you out. Just kindly check this. Most probably the website was designed by your son. So you can ask him to get in touch with is. Perhaps he'll understand what we're trying to say better. That way we can have things sorted.
