Luigi123 Posted September 1, 2019 Posted September 1, 2019 1. Yes you need create a new account on Tommy when he’s back online. 2. We don’t restored accounts after replacing the hard drive. 3. Donations will not affect the accounts. You can still provide us your transaction ID if you ever need to increase your space or move to Tommy server if you have a temporary account currently. 4. Tommy server got crash because of the hard drive failure. We already started rebuilding Tommy server, but we don’t have exactly day for September. Announcement will be made in the News category.

Since you have donated, you could request an invite to the Ricky server and restore your backup or do what you please on Ricky until Tommy is available again.

The receipt is in one of your prior emails though, so he can reference that if he wishes to check, and we can always remove the space if there's an issue.
