wolstech Posted August 16, 2019 Posted August 16, 2019 This isn't working because he included the http as part of the domain. In addition, the domain welovecats.uk says it's already taken. Usually that means it's either owned by another user or it needs to be cleaned up. I'll take a look later this morning to see what going on.

Because he included the http in the domain, the DNS was set up for httpwelovecats.uk, which isn't a valid domain (if you were to go buy httpwelovecats.uk and point it to us, that domain would resolve fine, it only fails to resolve because it hasn't been purchased and pointed here).

The correct domain welovecats.uk is owned by an archived Johnny account, so it cannot be added to your account. If this old Johnny account is also yours, please send us an email from the address on that account to verify ownership and we'll release it for you. In the meantime, your domain has been changed to welovecats.heliohost.org so you can use your account and will start working within the next few hours.
