For some reason it appears nobody's account is creating. I'll ask to see what's going on since it's not just you. There's 53 accounts just like yours that are still waiting, some are 2 days old now...

Follow this topic for the issue causing your account to not create. https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/36455-accounts-not-creatingdeletingarchiving-on-ricky-and-johnny/

Also, I did manage to find your old account (was under a different username and email). Would you rather me restore that instead of waiting for the new one to create?

Yeah so now you should wait for an Apache restart on whichever server you are. It should tat at max 24 hours after which the issue will be resolved.

He's pointed his nameservers to HelioHost as the A record is correctly defined.

However his site: alakar.ga is still redirecting to the inactive account page although he's renewed it. I thought it's an Apache restart issue but seems it isn't. An administrator kindly check the same.

I changed the name server because Heliohost did not open. I changed it to cloudflare and set cname to blogspot settings. However, it received an error and changed the name server back to heliohost. But it still doesn't work.

Were some of these posts split from some other topic, or is something missing? Which is the issue I'm supposed to be working on here? If I'm supposed to be fixing alakar.ga the nameservers will need to be set to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org before I can do anything.

He moved to another hosting company (byet). Last time I was here, his domain showed an inactive page for no reason. Doesn't matter now.

Good luck with that. I used to use Byet. For his sake, I hope they're better than they used to be, but based on recent accounts I suspect no.
