To all the heliohost Team.I send this email to inform you that I tried to create a new hosting account on heliohost..org website with this email address ''brett.alvz@gmail.com'' but, when I finished the registration process, I don't receive the confirmation email in my inbox, i added no-reply@heliohost.org to my whitelist in Gmail, but It seems that the heliohost website didn't send the confirmation email , I tried with other email address, but i don't receive any confirmation email, I hope you can fix this issue soon as possible to create my hosting account.Greetings!--Brett.

I just tried signing up as a new user using my junk gmail account through the currently open registrations and never got the activation email. Sending myself an invite also didn't work. I can't receive it at an Office 365 enterprise mailbox either. They simply never arrive. Looks like registrations are busted...I've opened a ticket in the escalation forum for it. Krydos Posted June 23, 2019 Posted June 23, 2019 There was an issue with our main website not sending email properly. This included new account emails, password reset emails, and probably even these support emails. I've had a few people test it and everything should be working again. Thanks for reporting it.
