Sn1F3rt Posted June 17, 2019 Posted June 17, 2019 I recently added a domain to my cPanel as an add-on. Its panthergroup.eu.org. However it's still showing the Account Queued page. Could u please check?
Flaze Posted June 17, 2019 Posted June 17, 2019 It's not even showing any page and it redirected to https://sohamb03.heliohost.org/panthergroup.eu.org/, which also doesn't work. Maybe you need to wait a little more.
wolstech Posted June 17, 2019 Posted June 17, 2019 That's normal for 2-3 hours after adding it, then you need to clear your cache to get rid of the queued message. The domain is working in the sense it's not queued anymore, but the content is broken. I get an error regarding too many redirects. The new domain redirects to https://sohamb03.heliohost.org/panthergroup.eu.org/ which then tries to redirect to itself in an infinite loop.
Sn1F3rt Posted June 17, 2019 Author Posted June 17, 2019 But I just added the domain and didn't do anything else at all. Could you please check though my cPanel, what might be the error?
Sn1F3rt Posted June 17, 2019 Author Posted June 17, 2019 If u see my file manager then it's empty for that domain. So how can the content be broken? There's absolutely nothing.
Flaze Posted June 17, 2019 Posted June 17, 2019 Please edit your previous post instead of creating a new one, especially if the person you're replying to haven't read it yet.
Sn1F3rt Posted June 17, 2019 Author Posted June 17, 2019 Actually while editing it I got an error stating that we couldn't determine which post you're attempting to view. That's why I had to create a new post.
Flaze Posted June 17, 2019 Posted June 17, 2019 That's odd. That only happens to me while replying to messages.
Sn1F3rt Posted June 17, 2019 Author Posted June 17, 2019 I know I too get that message while replying to PM from my mobile and the forum is usually stuck on mobile view thereon. But I checked right now from my PC and it's alright. Strange indeed.
Krydos Posted June 21, 2019 Posted June 21, 2019 .htaccess files in directories can affect subdirectories. For instance if you have a file /home/sohamb03/public_html/.htaccess the rules in it can apply to /home/sohamb03/public_html/panthergroup.eu.org/ as well. So try deleting or renaming your .htaccess on that addon domain AND any .htaccess in directories below it as well.
Sn1F3rt Posted June 22, 2019 Author Posted June 22, 2019 Thanks Krydos. I will try that. Actually the .htaccess file is for https redirection. I will see what can be done though.
