HelioHost Posted June 11, 2019 Posted June 11, 2019 Username: pschmidt, Server: Ricky, Main domain: tektours.heliohost.org I have an account (tektours.heliohost.org) that I started working on again recently and am having SSL issues. I got the GoFundMe email and threw in some money, and now I can't even generate a new SSL with the zerossl.com website. I removed the ACME folder and everything to try all over and now It gives me an error message when it tries to go through the Verification process of : "The key is acceptedUnexpected error: Error creating new order :: Policy forbids issuing for "tektours.heliohost" and 1 more identifiers. Refer to sub-problem for more information" Any ideas? - Paul
wolstech Posted June 11, 2019 Posted June 11, 2019 This process is fully automated by the AutoSSL service on Ricky (Tommy also supports this service), so there's no reason to be doing this manually. Only Johnny users have to use the ZeroSSL procedure. I've deleted your expired certificate and instructed the server to request a new one for you. The domain passed its validation, so the server should install a valid certificate for you within the next few hours. As for why ZeroSSL says policy doesn't allow it, in my experience, it's due to rate limiting (too many something.heliohost.org certs...LE has a very low weekly limit, and since ZeroSSL uses LE, it breaks when those limits are reached). AutoSSL is provided through cPanel under an agreement with Comodo that has no limits, which is why we are able to offer it to everyone.
wolstech Posted June 11, 2019 Posted June 11, 2019 The certificate associated with your domain is now showing as up to date.
HelioHost Posted June 11, 2019 Author Posted June 11, 2019 Big thanks. Was looking things over and it seemed like things changed and that old process was no longer necessary. Great! I do still see the warning icon though in my browser. I'm guessing there is perhaps a time refresh delay maybe, yes? Flaze Posted June 11, 2019 Posted June 11, 2019 @wolstech: Shouldn't he get his storage doubled since he donated?
