The heliohost2.gmail.com in the SOA record is actually an email address, not a subdomain. Ashoat got tired of all of the account creation emails being sent to his personal account so I set up that junk mail box because cpanel requires some admin email address. Any domain that uses Heliohost DNS will have that same SOA record.

No I amnt. The email arrived in spam but at least it did.

Your problem must definitely be somewhere else coz if this was the problem then nobody at HelioHost would be able to send emails to Gmail.

I think it might be related to my IP, it happened after that restart which initialized my VPS settings of exim and it took time until we figured out all the changes that were made and fixed them. But that is only a guess as Gmail doesn't share anything about the reason, moreover, the message say as if my server is the problem as it doesn't deliver, it doesn't say Gmail doesn't accept it.

An exim test say something about failing the spam test and then it say I pass it so it's confusing as well. Unless there is something hidden in the logs, I have no idea what else needs to be done.

Posting this again for @Krydos

I have also been asked this

"I noticed there is no reverse lookup for 216.218.228.90.  I'm also concerned about what it might mean that the IP address is the same for both names.  Also, it is important for deliverability that the sending server is authorized to send messages on behalf of your domain."

and this

You might improve deliverability by adding a reverse lookup record

If only someone from Gmail could check this issue and tell me why this happens only with gmail, but that will be naive to think it will happen. I posted on their support forum/community (where "regular" people reply) but they are clueless as well.

You already have reverse DNS set up. Just google "reverse dns lookup" and type in your IP address, or run the command

One last thing about the gmail thing. I just sent an email with the subject "last email to gmail"

Do you see anything about this email in exim/mail server? An error? a warning? a delay? anything?

Thanks

Please? just this last thing about this issue, before it will go down the oblivion, thanks

I guess we have a voodoo here... I ask about this in several places and all are quiet...  weird.

I meant I asked about the gmail problem in other forums and over there, everyone's quiet :-)

Regarding my last question here, yes, that was for Krydos :-)
