PROBLEMS WITH SFTP - FTP - MySQL Remote

I have problems of access via sftp with port 1312 ricky server.

Also problems with BD MySQL remote with my account.

Does this link work for you? http://portquiz.net:1312 If not, your network is blocking the required ports for SFTP (this is very common if you're accessing our services from work or school). http://portquiz.net:3306 will let you test the port for remote mysql. If either of these links fail for you, a VPN or a different network connection will fix the issue.

 

Also, for remote access, did you enable it in cPanel? You have to add the connecting IP or a % sign in order for it to work.

I tested Ricky SFTP on the command line with

sftp -oPort=1312 scrum@ricky.heliohost.org

and with Filezilla with these settings

Both worked.
