wolstech Posted March 23, 2019 Posted March 23, 2019 Some additional information... First, the speed issue appears to be related to that script just being poorly written. I'm on the same server and am not seeing a performance issue. One thing you can try though is to turn off SSL and use plain HTTP. Using SSL does add a noticeable amount of loading time to many sites. Second, we don't own heliohost.com, it's heliohost.org. If you specify a domain ending in heliohost.com, it will not function. As the previous reply mentioned, your domain is https://shortning.heliohost.org. The previous reply contained instructions for changing your domain if you desire. Third, try using PHP 7.1 instead of 7.2. It already has bcmath installed.

mahdikbi Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 hi.sorry for bothering you.but i will explain to you exactly what i want to do.I've linked my website 'www.shortning.com' with cloudflare. then cloudflare ask me to change DNS settings from godaddy to "aria.ns.cloudflare.com" "gabe.ns.cloudflare.com" after that I could not access my site. i see this message: "You must enable the intl extension to use our script. Please ask your hosting company to enable it." and when i try to add this domain: "shortning.com" as an addomain i see this error message: "(XID 7tyk34) Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver." please help me to solve this problem.what i want is to link my website with cloudflare without errors messages cuz i really hate it. and to add this domain "shortning.com" as an addon domain. and about changing the main domain; I tried to change it using the link "http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain" 3 times but no avail. thank you very much and sorry for 2nd time.waiting your reply.
Krydos Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 In order to add your domain to cpanel you have to use the nameservers ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org Once the domain is added you can switch to cloudflare if you want.
