wolstech Posted February 25, 2019 Posted February 25, 2019 Your account is on Johnny, which does not offer automatic SSL certificates. You need to either generate and install your own (using a method such as the one shown in https://wiki.helionet.org/Installing_a_Let%27s_Encrypt_SSL_Certificate)or move to Ricky or Tommy, where automatic SSL is offered.
HelioHost Posted February 25, 2019 Author Posted February 25, 2019 Okay, can i get moved to either Ricky or Tommy? Krydos Posted February 25, 2019 Posted February 25, 2019 Here are the instructions for moving your account https://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account Ricky and Tommy are both full for the next 3.5 hours. Free Tommy signups usually fill in a few seconds. Ricky signups have been staying open 1-2 hours. Also, if you're a donor https://www.heliohost.org/donate/ just let us know your transaction ID and an admin can move your account to Tommy even if the server is full for the day.
HelioHost Posted February 26, 2019 Author Posted February 26, 2019 I am getting this error on my domain https://treetransplanting.net "Thissite can't be reached *treetransplanting.net * took too long torespond. Try: - Checking the connection - Checking the proxy and the firewall ERR_TIMED_OUT" On Mon, Feb 25, 2019 at 2:37 PM Heliohost Support wrote: > Here are the instructions for moving your account> https://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_accountRicky and Tommy are both> full for the next 3.5 hours. wolstech Posted February 26, 2019 Posted February 26, 2019 I removed your forced SSL since you don't have a certificate and your site is now responding for me, though it has a database error. Check your wp-config.php and verify that your database settings are correct.
HelioHost Posted February 26, 2019 Author Posted February 26, 2019 how can i check my wp-config.php? wolstech Posted February 26, 2019 Posted February 26, 2019 It was actually a database user issue. I had to change the database user password to match what was in your config file because the restore yesterday didn't do it for some reason. Your site is now working properly for me and I can read your content. Please clear your cache you can't see it.
