Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/A

Hello,

I recently made an account deletion request because I wanted to switch serve=

rs, but then realized the other server was full. So i re-signed up with the o=

ld server and it seems like my account keeps getting deleted!

Please help.

New username: ikk1157

Email: ibrahimk157@gmail.com

Domain: afwpe.tk

Thanks=

It's getting deleted because there's a problem with the domain. The old account failed to delete properly and its domain is now stuck in the Apache config for some reason.

We'll take a look into it, in the meantime, try signing up with a different domain.

Thanks a lot! I=E2=80=99ll sign up with a free subdomain temporarily, then I=

=E2=80=99ll change it to my actual domain once you get it resolved.

I highly appreciate your fast response!=

Actually, it turns out this was caused by a communication error between two of our systems. The account didn't fully delete, but the record in our account management system did. This was probably due to Johnny's poor performance (he's by FAR the slowest server we have, so he loses requests on occasion).

I've instructed Johnny to finish removal so you can sign up again and will let you know when it finishes.

Once sign ups for tommy open up, do I have a time frame before they close ag=

ain? Since the time mentioned for them to open up happens to be night time h=

ere, so I cannot really register for tommy on the spot. Otherwise I would=E2=

=80=99ve chosen tommy over johnny to begin with=

Yesterday Tommy signups filled in 12.71 seconds. The day before was 7.84 seconds. Sometimes free signups last 5-10 minutes, but it's pretty rare. Filling in a matter of seconds is more likely. The easiest way to get a Tommy account is to donate $1 USD or more https://www.heliohost.org/tommy/ which will send you a special invite link that you can use to create your account at any time even if the server is full for the day. If you don't want to or can't donate we do offer a limited number of free accounts each day, but they go fast as Tommy is our fastest server and has the best uptime. The main reason he's so fast and has such good uptime though is because we limit the number of new accounts that are created each day. The reason Johnny is so slow is because we allow unlimited new accounts per day. When I created my account years ago before I was an admin I had to stay up until 2am 3 nights in a row because signups filled so quick I kept missing it.

Another benefit of donating is an admin can move your Johnny account to Tommy without needing to delete it and start over.

What about ricky? Is it as fast as tommy? Same as johnny? Or in between? Jud=

ging by how fast the sign up for tommy go, it=E2=80=99s almost impossible fo=

r me to get it. And I cannot make online payments, so that=E2=80=99s a bumme=

Also, it seems like ricky is also restricted to limited numbers of sign up, i=

As it showed as full yesterday, but now the option to sign up to him/it is t=

here.=

No you cannot. The money is used to pay our provider's bills, and our provider isn't going to take gift cards as payment. We accept Paypal, Skrill, and a few different cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Electroneum, Aeon, Monero, or TurtleCoin).

The weird characters are likely due to your mail client just doing something funky when encoding your emails. Nothing to worry about since we can still understand you.

Ricky is in between Tommy and Johnny on performance. The uptime is pretty decent on Ricky, but he's a lot slower than Tommy. Ricky is definitely better and faster than Johnny though.
