Like it says at https://www.heliohost.org/tommy/ it can take up to 24 hours for the invitation to be sent after you make a donation. The reason for this is it can take paypal a while to credit our account with the donated money. Generally it only takes a few hours, but I've seen it take a few days in some rare cases. Please check for your invitation email, and click the link. Let us know if you didn't get the invitation email, or if the link doesn't work.

It can take a few hours to update everywhere after changing, so the https://heliohost.org/login/ form may not accept the new address right away, but it will eventually synchronize.

For your hosting account, you cannot host your hosting account's contact email on your hosting account. If you did, you wouldn't be able to receive any of our notifications about your account getting suspended, since the email address would stop working once the suspension is issued. In addition, you wouldn't be able to reset your password in this configuration. Try logging into https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/ (with nothing after the slash). Use the username jazneal (not an email address) and your password. Our website is known for having login issues at times, especially when the server is a bit slow. The direct login form always works.

You would need to ask for assistance from someone who makes or supports Wordpress to get help with that. Second, I would recommend finding different software anyway. We highly recommend users do not use Wordpress, as it's the number one reason people have issues with their account (usually suspension or bans). It has horrible security and is also notorious for causing high load. We actually had to recently ban and give new accounts to every tommy user with a Wordpress installation because every single installation of it on the server got hacked at once by a single attacker who took advantage of an unfixed security hole in wordpresses core. Just about any other program is more secure and less buggy. I then used the mysol username and password the still same thing..The very moment this whole issue started, I was still log in and working on my site. just to navigate , was logged out, so I tried logging back in with the information sent but could not till date..Ever since system does not recognize any of my information again. I initially thought clearing my caches could solve the issue but it couldn't. I used a different browser yet nothing happened. Please, you can see for yourself I cannot do anything from my end, that the primary reason I sent all those information in the first place to get the issue rectified..Please, if you know anything you can do, just do it. delete the account. I just want an end to this very account please..
