spandso
Hi HelioNet team! Thank you for all your hard work to provide this great free service to all and for dealing with this recent DDoS attack. Whoever is behind that DDoS is just an awful person. When I access my website (http://spiritandsoap.com) I get a 403 Forbidden error. Also, I get a strange error when I tried to access cPanel and couldn't get in. Username: spandsoServer: TommyWebsite: spiritandsoap.com Can you please fix the problem? Thank you! Edited August 8, 2018 by spandso
wolstech
I figured this out...it's related to /home1 being unavailable. /home1 is the home folders stored on our NAS. I picked several sites, and all of them kept on /home1/<username> are affected. Krydos needs to fix it.

Krydos
Your domain was still set up to use your old Johnny ip instead of the new Tommy ip. I have fixed it, but it can take some time for the dns cache to expire. You may be able to speed up the process by flushing your os dns records.
