Please, pardon my ignorance.

I had my domain - industryus.ca - setup here on heliohost.  To be honest, I don't recall precisely how I set it up.  I'm not really techy.

Anyway, I had setup my email addresses and installed WP though it was in "under construction".  I don't really care about the WP site, but the email is important to me.

When I type in my industryus.ca name into the browser, it tells me it's a dangerous site.  Of course, the AnonymousFox thing means I can't sign into it ( I had to start a new account ).

I don't have a backup.

Can someone direct me to some simple instructions for adding my industryus.ca domain to my new heliohost account - I'm currently on username.heliohost.org - and re-setup my email?

I'm using Thunderbird and the settings on my client appear to be to download everything to my pc so I'm hoping that means I haven't lost a tonne of content with this suspension issue.

Thanks for reading.  I don't need you to fix it, but I'm not finding any articles that look like they're gonna help me get setup.

Thanks,

Scott.

You should just be able to add the domain as an addon or alias like it was before. If it gives you an error about it being in the Apache config or having DNS entries already exist, let us know and we can fix that for you.

Same goes for your email. Once you set up the domain, just create the mailbox again :)

The deceptive message is Google blacklisting your site because of the phishing that was being hosted there by AnonymousFox. Once they detect that the domain is clean and operating again, they'll eventually remove that warning page.

I'd started a ticket in customer service to notify of the DNS entries error.  It occurs to me it might be necessary to let you know in this thread, as well.

Thanks,

Scott.

Thanks.

I'm being advised, when I am looking into resetting up my SSL certificate ( I honestly have very little idea what I'm doing ) that I do not have a dedicated IP address.  I will start a fresh post in Questions / Customer Support  ( Please let me know if I should keep coming back to you here or if starting new posts is the way to go ) but I'm wondering if I need to do something to make the dedicated IP I'd received previously work on these new instances of the same domains.  Similar questions for the SSL certificates.  Does everything need to be entirely regenerated?

Again, I will post these elsewhere.

Thanks.

Just looked and you do indeed have a dedicated IP. I'll have Krydos go ahead and reassign it to you. I'm not sure what the proper process is for setting one of those up.

Just wanted to mention that you can hasten this process at https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/home?hl=en Once you have your account set up and your domain registered in your control from google click the Security Issues tab, and request a review. Generally they get the review done within 72 hours and if the phishing content is gone the dangerous site error goes away in everyone's chrome browser.

Your new account has been moved to your dedicated IP.
