  1. I'm not sure if you mean I'm not blocked now, because you fixed it or if you're suggesting I was getting the "Blocked IP" message in error. Nevertheless, I can now sign in - thanks - but have started a new ticket as I'm getting errors when I try to start cPanel.

  3. Okay, I've turned off as much as I can think to turn off. I believe I have my passwords correct but who knows as I've been moving email profiles around trying to recover from being booted last week so it's possible I mistakenly had the wrong one in place over some period. I wouldn't have thought it would be getting through anyway since I wasn't able to get through to Tommy. Thanks, Scott.
  4. Is this related to the outage 'cause I don't think I am actually trying with the wrong password......
  5. Noob, here. The Google Console window, if I'm reading it correctly, seems to suggest that google has declared my site dangerous "Today" ( the right-hand column ). Is it possible there is still some offending code on my new site ( I haven't added anything beyond the files for verification of ownership but I'm out of ideas )?
  6. Thanks. From what I can tell, I've done what I need to do from the google blacklist side. I guess I just continue to wait. Should I re-submit something to you when it looks like that is done? Also, I now appear to not even have the "self-signed" certs on those domains. Thanks, again.
  7. Sorry, I think I have multiple tickets ongoing. Just a heads-up, though, I'm still not seeing certs for practica.industryus.ca, industryus.ca, and mail.industryus.ca. These are all "self-signed". Also, I don't know what DCV is so, if there's something you'll need me to do on this end for that, please let me know. Thanks for everything, Scott.
  8. Hello, just checking that nothing has gone wrong with the AutoSSL setup. Still no certs.
  9. I don't understand this enough. I have been using webmail 'cause I haven't been able to set up my client. I thought everything would need to be re-setup before this could possibly happen again. My IP is 174.0.62.16 Thanks.
  10. Hello, I'm still not seeing the certs come through. Is it worrthwhile for me to do it manually through zerossl? I don't want to start anything that might cause an issue for your guys if the process gets underway while I'm in the middle of doing it myself. if you could let me know, that would be great. Thanks, again, Scott.
  11. Thanks, for this and all of the other help I've recieved in the last few days. It is greatly appreciated.
  12. PARTIALLY SOLVED: I found the webmail access. I'm still curious of the danger of setting up my email client without SSL security while I await my removal from the blacklists. Pardon my ignorance. I think I've done what I can do. I've done the google "proof of ownership" thing and requested a review now that my domains - www.industryus.ca, industryus.ca, mail.industryus.ca - are setup under my new account and I've set up my email addresses. I can't get a CRT while the sites are still blacklisted but is there a way to use the CPanel webmail or something to send and receive with my industryus.ca domain? If I've understood the direction and help from this forum, now that my domains are setup people will not be getting errors saying their message did not come through. However, I'm not sure if/how to set up my client prior to having an SSL certificate to use. I'm freaking out at the notion of simply not knowing what messages are coming my way for the potential 72 hours it will take to clear up the blacklist of my industryus.ca domain. Thanks, in advance.
  13. Thanks. Is there somewhere I can look to understand the timing of all of this? I'm trying to figure out who I might need to reach out to (ie the folks who might have successfully delivered me a message between the last one I'd read ( at 20180726: 1430MST ) and when my domains were removed. Would the invitation to Tommy have come precisely when my other domains were killed? Please let me know. Thanks, Scott.
  14. The instructions for moving from one server to another suggests downloading certificates from my old setup. I don't think there is a way to do that given the whole account was suspended. Is there any other way of reusing my old cert?
  15. Hello, When my account was suspended as part of the AF issue, I was no longer receiving emails through that domain. Would email senders have been given any warnings or notice that their email had not gone through to me?
  16. Thanks. I'm being advised, when I am looking into resetting up my SSL certificate ( I honestly have very little idea what I'm doing ) that I do not have a dedicated IP address. I will start a fresh post in Questions / Customer Support ( Please let me know if I should keep coming back to you here or if starting new posts is the way to go ) but I'm wondering if I need to do something to make the dedicated IP I'd received previously work on these new instances of the same domains. Similar questions for the SSL certificates. Does everything need to be entirely regenerated? Again, I will post these elsewhere. Thanks.
  17. I'd started a ticket in customer service to notify of the DNS entries error. It occurs to me it might be necessary to let you know in this thread, as well. Thanks, Scott.
  18. Hi, thanks for getting my IP unblocked and answering my other recovery question. I've tried to add my domain under my new account but am receiving an error. From what I can find on the forum, it looks like I need to request you make this change for me. If that's not the case, please let me know. Thanks, Scott. error: A DNS entry for “industryus.ca” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.
  19. Please, pardon my ignorance. I had my domain - industryus.ca - setup here on heliohost. To be honest, I don't recall precisely how I set it up. I'm not really techy. Anyway, I had setup my email addresses and installed WP though it was in "under construction". I don't really care about the WP site, but the email is important to me. When I type in my industryus.ca name into the browser, it tells me it's a dangerous site. Of course, the AnonymousFox thing means I can't sign into it ( I had to start a new account ). I don't have a backup. Can someone direct me to some simple instructions for adding my industryus.ca domain to my new heliohost account - I'm currently on username.heliohost.org - and re-setup my email? I'm using Thunderbird and the settings on my client appear to be to download everything to my pc so I'm hoping that means I haven't lost a tonne of content with this suspension issue. Thanks for reading. I don't need you to fix it, but I'm not finding any articles that look like they're gonna help me get setup. Thanks, Scott.
  20. IP: 174.0.62.16 I'm recovering after the AnonymousFox thing. my domain was industryus.ca. I think I'm on the industr1.helio... since my other account couldn't be unsuspended. I'm assuming I just need to do something to get it linked back to the industryus.ca domain. I'm trying to find the info on how I reconfigure it now that I'm (almost) back in. Thanks.
