Also, do you have WordPress installed? If so, it's likely compromised. A large number of WP installations on Tommy were compromised today. Look for a php file named with random numbers in your WP-admin or WP-content folders created within the past day or so. Also check your database for a user account called AnonymousFox. If either exists, delete the ENTIRE WP installation and reinstall with up to date components.

Could you help me please to recover my database "nacer_appdent" because I

forgot to backup my data ,

I have put a request in this page :

The reason why your account is suspended is because your database has been hacked. Whatever data it contained is already deleted/corrupted and it probably contains illegal content. You'll need to use whatever the latest backup you downloaded prior to the hack.

Remove the HTTPS from it. Your domain does not have a certificate so SSL won't work.

 

When visiting it without https, I see an empty directory listing.

@wolstech, I changed his domain for him. It was lightsoft2.heliohost.org and lightsoft.heliohost.org was on his old suspended account.

 

@nacer, ssl should start working again within 24 hours when autossl runs.
