[Solved] .aspx pages on Tommy server with domain name not loading

Hello Guys,

 

Good day.

 

I need help related with the viewing of the .aspx page with my own domain name.

 

I have my domain name and I already link it at my account in Tommy Server through "Addon Domain" but everytime I'm trying to test to view a certain .aspx page is not loading in the web browser but if through my helio host domain name is working?

 

Is there anything I missed to configure?

 

With my purchased domain name not loading: http://www.loretogutierrezjr.com/test.aspx

With my personal helio host domain name, it's working: http://loretojr.heliohost.org/test.aspx

It has to be manually requested for every domain you need it on. It doesn't work because you didn't request it for that domain (we install it on the main domain by default).

 

Krydos can set this up for you.

Can it be enabled the .aspx support to both with my default domain and personal domain name?

You can only have it enabled in one domain at a time. Enabling it on two domains takes up two slots which causes twice as much server load. The default is your main domain.

Okay, noted on this.

 

Please leave it as it is I'll stick with my default domain. I will send a request again if it is needed to be enabled with my personal domain name.
