For some reason i could not focus on this project of mine. I went on to the cpanel and check the site status it showed that due to in activity the site as been taken down and that i need to sign up again. I fried to sign with and want to use my old username sds but its showing that its not available. Kindly check and reply what can be done in this situation. Regards
Krydos Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 The reason you couldn't recreate the username sds is because you still had a forum account with the username sds. I have renamed your forum account so you should be able to recreate the username again. Let us know once you've created your hosting account and we can rename your forum username back to match.
HelioHost Posted June 6, 2018 Author Posted June 6, 2018 Dear Support, Thanks a lot for your reply. With your help I have created the account with my old username as SDS. Kindly rename my helionet account username back to SDS from sds2. Are there any plans to support FileMaker database hosting facility? Thanks again for your humble guidance and support. Regards. Krydos Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 It looks like your hosting account has been recreated so I renamed your forum account back. FileMaker is only for Windows or Mac. All of our servers currently run Linux so it won't run on our servers. We are considering setting up a Windows server though so that would be something to consider.
wolstech Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 I'd be willing to try supporting this on our Windows server down the road when/if we decide to launch it, but someone would need to be willing to donate a FileMaker Server license as well as several User Connection licenses for the software for us to do anything beyond prove it works (they have a trial version). That software is not cheap.
