[Solved] SSL expired on my account

Hello, the SSL certificate expired on my account and i was looking to get it renewed. My account was recently inactive and was just reactivated today but the ssl certificate wasn't updated.

 

My username is: djpru

Account: djpru.heliohost.org

Server: Ricky

Hi,

Is the SSL Certificate provided automatically by AutoSSL?

If yes, normally you have to wait 48h before the renewal of your certificate.

If you are using an external SSL provider, such as Let's Encrypt you have to renew the certificate from them.

Maicol pretty much has it. If it's AutoSSL, it didn't renew because it was inactive during the time when it would attempt renewal and when it expired. It should renew itself now that you've restored your account, but it may take 24-48 hours for AutoSSL to realize its expired and renew it for you.
