wolstech Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 First, you need to allow Remote MySQL for your IP address (or add a % for all addresses) in cPanel. Once you've done that, you should use johnny.heliohost.org as your MySQL server, not your domain. Port is 3306. Your domain being queued should not affect Remote MySQL. Your domain will start working for web content in the next few hours. Johnny can take up to 12 hours to set up a domain.

Krydos Posted December 28, 2017 Posted December 28, 2017 Go to https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/sql/managehost.html Put a % in the box to allow all IPs to connect. Click add host. Use these settings in the remote phpmyadmin Host: johnny.heliohost.org Port: 3306 User: chinna89 Also you could just use the phpmyadmin built in to cpanel rather than doing this all the hard way.

wolstech Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 Also, http://johnny.heliohost.org:3306/ is not valid. That's a MySQL server, it does not accept HTTP connections. You need to install software to access such a server remotely. The easiest way to access MySQL from your browser is to go here: https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/sql/PhpMyAdmin.html Sign in when asked and you'll see your databases.
