wolstech Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 This was because you put heliohost.com and not heliohost.org when you signed up. We don't own heliohost.com, we're at heliohost.org. I've corrected your main domain for you. Please give it up to 12 hours to take effect. When it finishes, your site will be reachable at http://alimzein.heliohost.org
HelioHost Posted January 2, 2018 Author Posted January 2, 2018 In that case I have 2 more issues:- It has been almost 36 hours since your reply and I still cannot get to the site. As of 24 hours ago the message was that the site is being prepped. But now the error I get is the site is taking too long to respond. Is this the normal operation of access?- Please put in place either a message to alert the signee that .com is not available or disallow the person from choosing .com during sign up.Thank you for you help. Krydos Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 http://alimzein.heliohost.org/ works for me. What number do you see when you go to https://www.heliohost.org/ip.php ? Thanks for the suggestion. Anyone who types whatever.heliohost.com will now be converted to whatever.heliohost.org now.
