Ahoy! You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about toinstalling and configuring your account yet. also www.evolution-n.org is not showing in cpanel alies or addon domain please inform me what to do...

If It had been more than 48 hours please contact us again and an admin will have a look because your account will have most likely got stuck in the creation process. Regards, Bailey On re-reading your post, I suggest you wait 24 hours for the domain to be set up with DNS and your cPanel however, if it takes longer than 48 hours please contact us again as there may be an issue, Johnny has quite a few problems with things such as domains.

wolstech Posted December 16, 2017 Posted December 16, 2017 You need to create the subdomain listed in the previous email. An added domain is actually internally represented by a subdomain with the addon domain parked to it. Johnny has a bad habit of parking the domain, but not creating the subdomain it's parked to when you add them. You just need to create the missing subdomain so it works.
