Take a look at http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account

Please note that the process on that page only works for Ricky. Free Ricky signups open every day at midnight UTC and fill quickly. Tommy accounts currently require a donation of $1 or more due to limited disk space and as such currently cannot be registered at midnight.

If you want to move without deleting your account, you can donate and we'll move you to Tommy directly without you needing to set everything up again. If this is what you want to do, please donate and then send us your transaction ID so we can find your donation and move your account.

For what it's worth, Tommy and Ricky have a lot more functionality than Johnny does. Tommy offers multiple PHP versions, Java and ASP.NET, Django on Python 3.6, and is our fastest server. Ricky is identical to Tommy except the following: *no* Java or ASP.NET support, Django runs on Python 2.7, and he's hosted on older hardware. Ricky is the middle ground between Johnny and Tommy in terms of performance and functionality.

The data is currently inaccessible because the server is busy backing up. I've asked to see if I can get this from the backups for you.

The account and domains successfully set up, but the content is missing. Index of / is the empty directory listing that results from having no content uploaded.

The backups are still being processed. I would advise waiting until the backups are publicly released to determine whether a backup exists for your account. If it does, we can assist you in restoring it at that point. If it does not, you'll need to build a new site.

Your backup has been copied into your home folder and is labeled cpmove-treetran.tar.gz. You can download that package and unpack it (if on Windows, use a tool like 7-zip) to retrieve your files and databases and set up your website again.

I apologize for the delay in getting these to you. The files were finally available to me this evening for me to transfer it for you.

I've decided to restore your WP installation for you since you've been waiting long enough. Your site is now working. http://www.treetransplanting.net/

The backup cpmove-treetran.tar.gz has been left in your home folder in case you need additional items from it.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
