sharmijj Posted December 10, 2017 Posted December 10, 2017 Incorrect Disk Usage showing up for MySQL, It says 2807MB of space in mySQL but the highest file size i have as shown in PHPMyadmin is not that. Is there some trash which is not emptying? Please help me out, I'm attatching the screenshots here.
Krydos Posted December 10, 2017 Posted December 10, 2017 Yeah, you only have one database and it's 11 MB not 2807 MB. Not sure why it would say that. Is there any effect in cpanel due to this bug or is it just graphical? Can you still upload files and/or update your database?
sharmijj Posted December 10, 2017 Author Posted December 10, 2017 ya i can upload, update, make new articles, everything but still shows that size. How to resolve this? I though there is some recycler sort of thing. Btw if you need access to my webdisk, do tell me, there's no sensitive information in my website so we can figure this out together.
sharmijj Posted December 12, 2017 Author Posted December 12, 2017 Ya, all better now. Did you do something or it was some refresh error? Oh and one more thing, When i log in through heliohost.org > log in to cpanel then in opera it just doesn't work, I have to use insecure login everytime. Is this issue raised? It's not a big deal but just thought of letting you know
wolstech Posted December 12, 2017 Posted December 12, 2017 Insecure login being required is usually a result of your network blocking port 2083. If it only happens in Opera, try logging using https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/ instead.
Krydos Posted December 12, 2017 Posted December 12, 2017 Did you do something or it was some refresh error?Yeah, I ran a script to process the logs, bandwidth, and statistics for your account. It fixed the display error.
