Okay it seems to be that you are trying to access it with "maicol07_maicol" however it is set to "maicol07_user" (or the other way round.)

 

Try resolving this or add both users: _user and _maicol to the Database with all permissions.

I had changed that before connecting to the database. However, I noticed that he can read... but not write...

Just check all permission so we know that its not to do with that, because that's the only problem I can see. Everything else looks fine.
