gsakola Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 I've a domain name gsakola.com I've created account on ricky with domain name gsakola.heliohost.org how do I point my domain name gsakola.com to gsakola.heliohost.org Thanks in advanceAmit
wolstech Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 First, go to your domain registrar and change the domain's nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. After that, go into cPanel and add the domain on the "Aliases" page. That will attach it to your account and make it show the same content as the gsakola.heliohost.org domain. Be aware that it might take a few hours to start working once you add it. 1

You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel. please help meAmit Edited December 1, 2017 by gsakola
wolstech Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 Did you add it in cPanel under Aliases? I don't see that domain registered on your account. Once you do that, you need to wait 2 hours for the server to configure it, then clear your browser's cache to get rid of that queued page.
gsakola Posted December 1, 2017 Author Posted December 1, 2017 Yes, I've added gsakola.com in my cPanel allies page and it points to location home/public_html (default location didn't changed it) Will wait for few hours as you said and will post update here Thanks for your help Amit
Krydos Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 http://gsakola.com/ is working now. If you still see the queued page be sure to clear your browser cache. 1
