You will need to create a new account and restore any backup you may have. Please be aware that you will not be able to reuse any domains on your suspended account, and will need to pick a new username. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We can usually we can release the domain so you can reuse it if this was an unintentional ban (i.e. someone hacked your site and put phishing up, which is sadly more common than you'd think). I'll have our root admin Krydos take a look at this account again to see if it's appropriate to release the domain for reuse. I can't view the content once I ban it, and I removed about 15 sites yesterday, so I don't remember what exactly I found on yours. Escalating.
