Hello,

 

Please advise, on how to access CPANEL Files through FTP.

 

I'm trying but it's always coming back on login in FTP.

SFTP host: [server].heliohost.org

SFTP port: 1342

SFTP protocol: SFTP

SFTP logon type: Normal

SFTP Username: <same as HH username>

SFTP password: <same as cpanel>

Port is different if on Johnny or Ricky. 1342 is the tommy port, 1373 is Johnny, and I don’t remember Ricky’s at the moment...

Oh okay, I didnt realise.

Ricky is 1312

I used FileZilla Client to connect.

Now it's okay.
