Krydos Posted September 23, 2017 Posted September 23, 2017 Alright, I can unsuspend your account, but your whitelist to send more than 50 emails per day has been permanently revoked. If you send more than 50 emails you run the risk of your account being automatically suspended again. If you receive one more spam report your account will be permanently suspended.

Sending spam is against our Terms of Service which you agreed to when you created your account. Someone that you sent an email to flagged it as spam and reported it to us. You can have another chance. That's why your account has been unsuspended, but you won't be getting a higher email limit again. If 50 emails per day isn't good enough then you'll need to find another hosting service.
