HelioHost Posted June 25, 2017 Posted June 25, 2017 My website is dealstricks.com and it is loading on some devices and somedevices shows 404 errorSo what should I do?I have changed my domain name tons1.heliohost.org #### to ns5.heliohost.org
Krydos Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 I see ns1.temok.com etc as your DNS settings. Try setting them to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Note that's a two not a five on the second one.
bdistler Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 you need to remove Name Server(s): NS3.HELIOHOST.ORG (has 1,489 domains) NS4.HELIOHOST.ORG (has 1,489 domains) NS5.HELIOHOST.ORG (has 1,489 domains)
wolstech Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 As others have replied already, you need to remove all of the temok.com NS records, and all NS records except ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. The servers ns3.heliohost.org, ns4.heliohost.org, and ns5.heliohost.org do not exist. If your registrar has fields for 5 nameservers, enter ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org in the first two, and leave the others blank.
